"Coaching is about supporting you, and your workplace, to work better. Coaching provokes increased awareness, insight, and conscious choices that enable individuals and organizations to create authentic, exciting futures. Real effectiveness comes from knowing you are in the right place, with the right people, doing the right work, on purpose."

Lisa combines over 20 years of public sector senior management experience with 15 years of professional coaching, to challenge and support individuals and organizations in transforming their performance and results. Her varied management experience includes human resources development and labour relations, program development and implementation, performance measurement and evaluation, as well as social, economic and financial policy development and analysis. Her business acumen, sound judgment, and ability to work with leaders in the highest positions of authority and public trust, led to advising the British Columbia Provincial Cabinet on the health care portfolio (then a $10 billion annual expenditure) from 1999 to 2001.
